• mattresses

• bedding and bed linen
• bed frames
• sleep accessories

Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Colours and minor design details may vary.

Mattress dimensions may vary slightly due to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Ordering products

When you place an order through our website:

1. You will receive an order confirmation email.
2. A contract between you and Plush Comfort Ltd is formed once your order is accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in circumstances including:

• product unavailability
• payment authorisation failure
• pricing errors
• suspected fraud or misuse of promotions

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

Pricing and payment

All prices on our website are listed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery

Standard delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and product availability.

Risk in the product passes to you once the product has been delivered to your address.

If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our control (such as courier disruptions), we will inform you as soon as possible.

Sleep trial

Aether mattresses are eligible for our 200-Night Home Trial.

This allows you to try your mattress at home for up to 200 nights from delivery.

To request a return under the trial:

• contact our support team before the end of the trial period
• follow the return instructions provided

Returns may be refused where the product has been damaged, heavily soiled, or misused.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for most products purchased online.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period.

Products must be returned in reasonable condition.

Certain items (such as bedding that has been opened or used) may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods or proof of return.

Product guarantees

Aether mattresses are covered by our 10-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee.

This covers manufacturing defects such as:

• structural faults in the mattress
• abnormal foam deterioration
• significant body impressions caused by material failure

The guarantee does not cover:

• normal wear and tear
• stains or accidental damage
• misuse or improper support

Faulty or damaged products

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must:

• be of satisfactory quality
• match their description
• be fit for purpose

If a product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may be entitled to:

• refund depending on the circumstances and timing of the claim.

Promotions and discounts
