If you’ve previously slept on an older mattress or one made only from basic foam or springs, your new Aether Hybrid Mattress may initially feel different from what you’re used to. Our mattresses are designed with a carefully balanced medium-firm feel, which sleep research consistently shows works best for the majority of sleepers.

We recommend sleeping on your mattress for a while so your body can fully adapt and you can experience its intended comfort.

However, if after giving it a fair chance you feel it’s not the right fit, we’ll make the return process simple. Our team can arrange a complimentary collection, making the process smooth and hassle-free.

To request a return within your 100-Night Trial, submit a request through the form below. The same form can also be used for warranty claims or standard returns for other Aether products. Once submitted, our support team will review your request and respond within two business days with the next steps.

During the process, we may ask you to upload a few photos of the product. This helps our team confirm the condition of the item, identify any potential issues, and ensure returned products are handled responsibly as part of our sustainability and recycling commitments.
